great location helpful staff fresh food
the location worked great for exploring. the staff helped me print train tickets quickly. the breakfast was amazing!!! fresh food was refilled often.
i noticed the shower heads weren't completely clean. the corners and edges in the bathroom had some visible black spots.

The location was unbeatable. I could walk to many attractions. The included breakfast made my mornings easier, with a good selection of items available. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

excellent location tasty option daily cleaning
The location was excellent. It was so central! breakfast had lots of tasty options. I really enjoyed it. towels were replaced daily, and my room got a proper clean, much appreciated.
the wifi was a bit patchy in my room! i hope they can improve this soon.

breakfast buffet central location unreliable wifi small room
the breakfast buffet was great (especially the bacon). the location is really central, near to the shops. i found it very convenient for getting around. the staff were helpful, particularly with directions.
the wifi wasn't great. i couldn't get a consistent signal in my room (it was a bit frustrating). the room was smaller than i expected. there was not much space.
